Mentoring - assist senior management in strategic planning, knowledge exploitation and operations implementation using the MOZAIC concept and processes.  This includes designing strategic planning frameworks, developing an information collection, processing and dissemination capability and enabling operational delivery through improved situation understanding and stakeholder engagement as well as the control of assets.

Training – provide training support for the MOZAIC C2K application to exploit the Knowledge function turning data into trusted intelligence and Plan to add value to understanding relationships and creating connections between players. Mars Omega also delivers additional intelligence and information management training on process, procedures and exploitation.

Digital Operations Service – provide Digital Operations Centres (DOC) delivering accurate, timely and relevant situation understanding of assets and activities impacting the operating environment to inform management decision making.
