Owain Franks – Chairman
Owain Franks has recently retired from PricewaterhouseCoopers (PWC) where he was a partner for 21 years. During that time he was for a number of years Managing Partner of the PwC UK, European and Global Human Resource Consulting practices with a turnover of over $3bn, 7 years a member of the PwC UK Management Board latterly as Head of Strategy, was responsible for the acquisition of the Saratoga Institute, the world's leading Human Capital benchmarking business into the firm across the world, the acquisition in the UK of Monks Partnership a leading independent pay benchmarking and consulting business and was heavily involved in the establishment of the PwC legal practice.

Outside the firm, Owain is the Commodore of Queen Mary Sailing Club, home of 3 Olympic Gold medallists, Chairman of the Royal Yachting Association's Sport Development Committee and a Council Member. Owain writes and lectures on the interlinked subjects of organisational culture, governance, leadership and change. Owain practices mainly in the corporate performance improvement arena and is a long term oil and gas industry specialist having worked for both many of the world's super majors and many smaller startup enterprises.

Chris Holtom CBE – Information Director
His last appointment in the Army was as Director of the Intelligence Corps and Chief Executive Defence Intelligence and Security Centre Chicksands. He was the senior subject matter expert in the ISOSCELES consortium working for MOD UK on future intelligence, surveillance systems and processes.

Hamish Macdonald OBE – Operations Director
Has wide operational experience in the Armed Forces including the command of the Queen’s Dragoon Guards. He is responsible for the energy portfolio with considerable knowledge of the Nigerian upstream sector. He is also a director of Ofour – a business process outsourcing company operating in West Africa.

Anthony Franks OBE – Security & Risk Director
His last appointment in the Army was Head of Military Intelligence and Security in Cyprus. An Arabic interpreter with long experience of living and working in the Middle East, after leaving the army he was Managing Director of Intelligence in Kroll Security International with a number of clients working in highly complex and hostile markets. He writes and advises extensively on the Middle East, especially in the fields of operational, business and political risk.
