Chris Holtom CBE – Information Director
His last appointment in the Army was as Director of the Intelligence Corps and Chief Executive Defence Intelligence and Security Centre Chicksands. He was the senior subject matter expert in the ISOSCELES consortium working for MOD UK on future intelligence, surveillance systems and processes.

Hamish Macdonald OBE – Operations Director
Has wide operational experience in the Armed Forces including the command of the Queen’s Dragoon Guards. He is responsible for the energy portfolio with considerable knowledge of the Nigerian upstream sector. He is also a director of Ofour – a business process outsourcing company operating in West Africa.

Peter Isaac MA – Business Director
Started with Mobil Oil and has spent the bulk of his career in consultancy and senior management. He founded the Innovation & Strategic Competency Group.

Pat Lawless – Non Executive Director
After a distinguished career in the UK Armed Forces, he has wide commercial experience including Barclays, Price Waterhouse Coopers and Bureau Veritas UK.  He has recently been appointed as CEO ESR Technology Ltd.
